These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Oli ("Oli", "we", "us") governing your use of the Oli app and related services. By downloading or using Oli, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Oli on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
Subscriptions, free trial & billing
- Oli is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, typically with a 3-day free trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase or at the end of any free trial.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Payments are final except where required by law or Apple's policies; refunds are handled by Apple.

Oli provides estimates only for informational purposes and is not medical, nutritional, or healthcare advice. Calorie and macro figures are AI-generated approximations and may be inaccurate. Oli is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your diet or health, and never disregard professional advice because of something in the app.
Your account & acceptable use
You're responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of what you log. Don't use Oli for any unlawful purpose, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account.
Intellectual property
Oli and its content, design, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms don't grant you any rights in them except the limited license above. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and grant us the rights needed to operate the service (e.g., processing meals for estimation).
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oli will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on estimates or other content in the app.
Termination
You may stop using Oli and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or where required by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes are reflected by the effective date above.
Apple App Store — additional terms
Because Oli is delivered through Apple's App Store, the following also apply:
- These Terms are between you and Oli only, not Apple. Oli, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
- Your license is limited to use of Oli on Apple-branded products as set out in the App Store Terms of Service.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation for the app; any failure to conform to a warranty may be refundable by Apple, and Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app, including product-liability, regulatory, or consumer-protection claims.
- If a third party claims the app infringes its intellectual property, Oli — not Apple — is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist-supporting," and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
